CSR Objective

The objective of the company’s CSR Policy is to frame guiding principles foridentifying, execution and monitoring of CSR activities, its review from time totime,taking necessary corrective actions and reporting of the CSR activities to CSRCommittee/Board of Directors.

CSR activities may be implemented by the Company:

  • on its own and/or
  • through a Trust formed by the promoters of the Company and/or
  • through an external trust or any another NGO or agency conducting CSR activities in synchronization with CSR activities of the Company.

In case of activities implemented through Trust/NGOs or any other similar agency, it should have track record of three years in undertaking similar programs or projects.

Plantation at Viramgam Police Station

The Plantation at Viramgam Police Station is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity that is aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and community development. Viramgam is a small town in the Ahmedabad district of Gujarat, India, and the police station in the area is a central point for maintaining law and order in the region.

Education to underprivileged children

The Education to Underprivileged Children CSR activity is an initiative aimed at providing access to education for children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. This initiative is focused on empowering underprivileged children through education and enabling them to break the cycle of poverty and improve their quality of life.

Distribution of Food Packets during COVID-19

The Distribution of Food Packets during COVID-19 CSR activity is an initiative aimed at providing essential food supplies to the underprivileged and vulnerable communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has affected people across the world, but its impact has been particularly severe for low-income families, daily wage earners, and those living in slum areas who have limited access to food supplies and resources.

Distribution of Oil Tins to Widows

This initiative is focused on improving patient care and outcomes by ensuring that hospitals have adequate beds for patients to rest and recover.

Blood Camp

The Blood Camp is an initiative aimed at promoting blood donation and addressing the shortage of blood supply in hospitals. This initiative is focused on raising awareness about the importance of donating blood and encouraging people to donate blood regularly.

Eye Check Up

The Eye Check-Up is an initiative aimed at promoting eye health and preventing vision problems in communities. This initiative is focused on providing free eye check-ups and consultations to people, particularly those who are economically disadvantaged and have limited access to healthcare services.

CSR Activities

The Company’s manufacturing facilities are situated at various locations at Viramgam and Vatva. However, any other areas may also be covered if the CSR Committee thinks it appropriate and approves the same. The CSR activities of the Company will be implemented in accordance with the following core values:

Paying school fees of underprivileged children

  • Paying school fees is one of the direct CSR activates that is carried out by Rubber King. The needy students are identified and taken on our record.

Donation of Beds to Hospitals

Shree Apang Abhyuday Mandal (Hearing Aid Equipment)

  • Donating hearing aid equipment as part of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative is one of the ways we make a positive impact on the lives of those who are hard of hearing. Hearing loss affects millions of people worldwide, and for many, hearing aids are not affordable or accessible. By donating hearing aid equipment, companies can help bridge this gap and provide access to life-changing technology.
  • When donating hearing aid equipment, We ensure that the equipment is in good working condition and meets the needs of the intended recipients. We worked with qualified professionals to assess the hearing needs of recipients and provide appropriate hearing aids and accessories.

Apang Manav Mandal (Wheelchair Donation)

  • One of the ways in which rubber king contributed to society is by donating wheelchairs to people with disabilities. Wheelchairs play a critical role in providing mobility and independence to people who are unable to move around freely due to physical disabilities.
  • Donating a wheelchair to a person with a disability can have a significant impact on their quality of life. A wheelchair can provide them with the ability to move around freely, participate in activities they enjoy, and maintain a sense of independence. It can also improve their overall health by allowing them to be more physically active.
  • Donating a wheelchair for a handicap person can have a positive impact not only on the recipient but also on the wider community. It can help to promote social inclusion and reduce the stigma associated with disabilities.

Andh Kanya Shala (Eye operation blind girls)

  • Eye Operation for Blind Girls is a initiative by rubber king that aimed at providing free eye surgeries to girls who are visually impaired. This initiative aims to improve the quality of life of girls who are suffering from visual impairments, which can often be a barrier to education and employment opportunities.
  • Many girls in India suffer from visual impairments that can be corrected through simple surgical procedures. Unfortunately, the cost of these surgeries can be prohibitively expensive for families with limited resources, and as a result, many girls are forced to live with their visual impairments, which can significantly impact their daily lives.
  •  Eye Operation for Blind Girls CSR initiative is a valuable effort to support the rights of visually impaired girls in India. By providing free eye surgeries, counseling, and support services, this initiative is helping to improve the quality of life of these girls, enabling them to pursue their dreams and lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities We Shoulder

The CSR committee is responsible for developing and implementing the company's corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring that the organization operates in an ethical and sustainable manner, and making a positive impact on society and the environment.

The primary responsibility for carrying out the CSR activities will be on CSR Committee/Board of Directors of the company. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board is consisting of following directors:
