- Checking of draft bill of lading provided by Shipping line
- 500 & ETA details to Marketing
- Process of shipping line payment Preparation of Post shipment documents as per the terms Process bills of CHA & Transporter
- Update export dispatch related information to marketing time to time
- Follow up with CHA for duty draw back
- Business Execution:
- Overall responsible for all logistics activity for Rubber king & group of companies
- Overall responsible for custom related work
- Responsible for transport activity of incoming and out coming material
- Responsible for all documentations related work for pre and post shipment
- To lason with CHA ICD, Banks Chamber of commerce and Alike bodies. ECGC
- (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India) various consultants, third party inspection bodies etc. for smooth functioning To coordinate with marketing. E & D Depts. Production, Quality, Store for timely dispatch of export goods
- M.I.S: Export MIS Sheet to Various Dept. like A/C., Costing, Audit,
- ISO/TS:
- Coordination with other departments:
- Co-ordination with Store for Carton Number, raw material sheet, Quality for weight list costing for cost sheet production for dispatch schedule and production in ERP accounts for ven for payments etc.
- ERP:
- Entry of all mandatory fields in ERP for the generation of required document processing in ERP
