In our continuous pursuit of excellence, two of our colleagues represented Rubber King at the CII Centre of Manufacturing Excellence’s Learning Mission on Smart Manufacturing in Japan. The program offered invaluable exposure to Japan’s advanced ecosystem in automation, robotics, smart production systems, and sustainable practices.
Our team returned with valuable insights and fresh perspectives that will help accelerate India’s progress towards smart manufacturing and beyond. This experience reinforces our commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology and innovative processes to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
The key learnings from the mission centered on achieving greater efficiency, precision, and sustainability in production. Observing best-in-class smart production systems has provided our team with a practical roadmap for implementing new technologies that can optimize our operations, improve product quality, and reduce our environmental footprint.
