Warranty Limitations

Here we suggest some important safety and service points for solid tyres

Not properly installed, used, or serviced as per Rubber King’s recommendations.

Rubber King’s guidelines.

The recommendations of the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Applicable laws, rules, regulations, or statutory requirements of the relevant authorities.

Usage Guidelines

Solid tyres are recommended for intermittent use in industrial vehicles with the following restrictions:

Speed Limit

Less than 25 km/h

Distance Limit

Maximum 2 km per stretch

Slope Limit

Maximum 5°

Temperature

Maximum 60°C

Claim Process

Submit usage, invoice and installation details

Claim must be submitted within 7 days

Failed tyre pictures and serial number

Inspection

Inspection within 15 days

Manufacturing Defect

Free Replacement

Manufacturing defect within 7 working days qualifies for free replacement on ex-works basis.

Non-Warrantable Failures

Improper storage Improper fitment Impact load Mismatch between tyre and rim sizes Use of wrong rims not compliant with T&RA or ETRTO standards Use of damaged, rusty, undersized, or oversized wheel rims Exposure to un-laid, broken, damaged surface condition Exposure to workplace environment that could possibly damage or deteriorate the product. Faulty brakes & hub-wheel misalignment in equipment Alteration and repair to the original product.
