Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and supervising Director’s office, the company’s  activities and employees
  • Website, APP and Backend Assistance to end customers in lieu of IT/Telle caller/backend staff, reporting to the Director on such matters in Summary Report (What was the action plan, Was the client satisfied, how was the team’s readiness in helping.) Find the right person to rectify and avoid the same in the future (system or person), giving high-profile clients calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Researching, shortlisting and coordinating potential tie-ups or sponsorship opportunities of our group companies with allied industry-reputed players. Hosting, getting invited paid and non-paid events/trade-fair/exhibitions through PRO. To keep Director in the limelight, working with news and magazine companies’ reporters and PR agencies to get exclusive invites for Director.
  • Finding faults/bugs and bottlenecks prior to customer-facing it on Website, Apps, Backend; competitor and trend analysis.
  • Handling customer grievances and compliments, Ideas for updating of Website, Apps, and Backend. Coordinating with Sister companies and their staff and Directors. Executing the vision of Directors and pushing the right doors to get it done quickly and efficiently without involving others.
  • Recruitment aid in being a filter before Director Interview round, CTC and work profile negotiation, and Screening potential sites like LinkedIn, FB, Naukri etc. to find the best talent and retain them. Summary report post due diligence to be sent to Director for their approval for Round 2.
  • Electronic device purchase, and working with IT team to conclude if any damage found or any IT/HR policy breached by anyone.
  • Coordination with vendors including (but not limited to): Negotiation and Contract/ Scope vetting, Giving ideas for Scope/Contract to protect company interest. Finding potential players, Categorizing them in L1, L2… T1, T2 …
  • Sharing Working progress with stakeholders, reminders to stakeholders of pending tasks and meeting given deadlines and vouching and verifying all things before the Director sees it. Doing changes/incomplete stuff inside and outside the organization with the utmost diplomacy and tact.
  • Representing Directors in Internal and External meetings, getting their point across even in their absence, getting the work done, and closing deals as per their expectations with minimal Director involvement.
  • Oversee the activities of teams/departments, and ensure their smooth working and, compliance with company policies.
  • Motivate, train and develop employees and ensure they are on track to achieve the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Responsible for Director’s Documents related to Projects, MIS, MOM etc. which includes study, analyze and preparing final summary and brief to Directors on a timely basis
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing, resolving conflicts & hurdles with internal and external clients
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for Director and team members
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Responsible for Director’s all Documentation
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Responsible for Director’s timely payments such as Credit Card, Phone etc.
  • Make travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
  • Prepare MOM of meetings and ensure compliance

Requirements 

  • KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN THE SAME FIELD
  • Post Graduate
